Last year, Hello Magazine did a photo-shoot with Eva Longoria at her beach house in Malibu!

I had to save the issue cos I love the house so much!

I love how it has an elegant shabby chic look.

...to one of my besties...the lovely Gayle... AND guess what...its my birthday too!

she's not a blogger (yet) but she's one of my fave people to go thrift shopping with & is a fantastic artist so I'm trying to persuade her :)

here we are last summer enjoying the sunny weather on the north coast!

This weekend is a bank holiday here in Northern Ireland & as I'm in the property trade I get a whole week!! :) YAY!

Summery Days in Maghaberry!

The weather here in the UK is unpredictable to say the least!

Maybe that's why its the number 1 topic of conversation...!?!

Yesterday started with gale force winds and rain .... by afternoon it was sunny, like really hot - sunbathing weather!

Thursday is my day off, so I was chillaxing in the garden & making the most of the sunshine...

It was my husbands birthday last week & we had a bbq...I was SO busy I didn't get taking any pictures :(
